El Hotel National está situado en el centro de Zermatt, frente al remonte de Sunnegga-Paradise y a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Es el único de la localidad en el que todas sus habitaciones tienen balcón y están orientadas al sur. La mayoría ofrece además vistas al monte Cervino.
